Hello! My name is Sydney Stelzer, and I am an engineer, designer, and critical thinker. My work time is spent inspired by mechanisms, materials, and solving complex strategic problems, and my play time is spent roaming around the great outdoors. I have formal education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, and an MBA from Drucker School of Management. My friends would describe me as self-driven, creative, and positive, and they can always find me creating CAD models and quick prototypes of my ideas. I love working with people; I think the best ideas are born from when people with different backgrounds and experiences get together in a room and bounce ideas off of each other.

I am currently working on the Design Innovation team at PepsiCo on Food Structural Packaging and Strategic Visioning, learning more about food and packaging design as well as complex value chain problems.
